Why vagina tightening?

Before vagina relaxation happens to women who have given birth to children. But now it occurs to many young girls to the degree that is much more severe than their age. And the primary reason for that is too much sex.

Vaginal relaxation refers that the tensile strength of the muscle group in the pelvic cavity is reduced, which causes the muscles around the vagina to become loosened, making the vagina wider. It is often seen on women who have given births. But in recent years, there are more and more incidence to women who haven’t got married. But why does vagina get loose? There are generally three reasons.

Births

There are many reasons for vaginal relaxation, of which the most common one is that the infant gets a big head, causing injury to the mother’s vagina during natural birth. However, natural birth is not the demon for vaginal relaxation because it also happens to those women who have babies through cesarean birth. In addition, lack of exercising, losing weight during the stegmonth without proper control, not monitoring the nutrition or over-fatigue can all lead to inadequate recovery of pelvic muscles, causing vaginal relaxation.

Tip: Although vaginal relaxation occurring after birth can be recovered in three month, it is understandable because the vagina has gone through squeezing and rupturing and the muscles are injured to some degree. Resilience of the vagina can be obtained back after doing some exercises.

Too Much Sex

In the past, this problem was frequently seen on after-birth women. But nowadays, more and more young women who haven’t given births start to have this issue and go to the hospital for help. Young girls are having a vagina relaxation that is much worse than they should have at their ages. The major cause for that is too frequent sex.

Tip: Vagina tightening surgery would leave scars and have impact on future births. Therefore, medical experts suggest that young females had better tighten their vagina through exercising.

Menopause

For women after menopause, their ovarian functions decline and even disappear. Their estrogen level reduces. Their vagina wall shrinks and loses its resilience. The vaginal membrane becomes thinner. The secretion from the vagina becomes less, leading to dryness and lack of lube. Therefore, without adequate sexual stimulation or foreplay, if the husband makes the move too early or too roughly before the wife gets wet, sexual pains, vaginal damage or bleeding would occur.

Vagina Tightening as a Problem

Vagina tightening is a way for a woman to contribute to the improvement of sex quality between husband and wife.  It has become a popular concern for women who have given birth to children because many of them get vaginal relaxation which impacts their sex life with the husband. Failed surgery cases have caused suspicion among people and second thoughts about this treatment. Fortunately, there are more options available that work well.

Older as we grow, the skin becomes aged. Dryness, coarseness, reduced elasticity and accumulating dead skin are becoming more and more obvious. So we need to supply nutrition to the skin to delay the ageing process. And the private part of the woman's body is of no exception. Because of marriage and birth-giving, the vaginal orifice becomes expanded, and the vaginal wall becomes fragile and thinner. This not only allows bacteria to invade the body in an easier way, but also facilitates the cause of organic injury during intercourse. Due to the relaxation and atrophy of the skin membrane at the women's private part, the peripheral nerve there thus becomes less sensitive and even torpid, resulting in symptoms such as sexual apathy and sexual pain.

Medical researches show that healthy and rational sex life can cause physical and mental pleasure, maintain your spirit and fight against ageing. It is the secret that women stay forever young.  Sexual pains and sexual apathy could lead to resistance to sex on the women's part. Without regular sex, the oestrogen, the female sex hormone, in the women's body lowers, causing endocrine disorder. In particular, the symptoms are depression, variation of moods and paleness, which results in the imbalance and fading of other functions of the body. The large quantities of bacteria and viruses that deposit in the reproductive organs, especially the creases in the vaginal wall for a long time and that haven’t been cleared in time, the poisonous Qi (fungus infection) goes back upwards and causes problems that bother women much, such as pimples, acne, color spots, wrinkles and skin roughness. To maintain the youth and beauty is every woman’s wish. They are much more sensitive to the change of facial and body appearance. Once something negative happens to it, the first victim is her psychology. Their mental pressure becomes more and more serious with the changing physical appearance, which makes them less confident for themselves and their future. A vicious circle is thus formed. This is the main reason why many women become wan and sallow after they reach a certain age.

Statistics show that 80% of postpartum women and 90% of women over 30 years old have a loose vagina to some extent. Vaginal relaxation, dryness, sexual pains, low sexual desire, flatus vaginalis, leakage of urine and other problems have brought a lot of worries to women. As pains that cannot be erased from women’s mind, embarrassment that cannot be spoken out and tight knots that cannot be untied, they have given much depression on a woman’s mind. This, as a result, will often lead to anxiety, endocrine disorders, facial sallowness, sleeplessness, irritability, and premature ageing.

Vagina relaxation undermines its powerful grasp onto the penis with the friction in between reduced, which decreases, and even eliminates, the libido of both parties who are not satisfied. The quality of sex life between the partners becomes reduced. In serious cases, they become repulsive and offensive when it comes to sex.

There are many wrinkles hidden in the relaxed vagina, which gather bacteria, toxins, dead skin cells and menstrual blood that cause itching at the external genitalia, leucorrhea odour, yellowness and stinking, chronic inflammation of vagina, cervix, pelvic cavity and womb. These symptoms are hard to cure.
