Why vagina tightening?

Before vagina relaxation happens to women who have given birth to children. But now it occurs to many young girls to the degree that is much more severe than their age. And the primary reason for that is too much sex.

Vaginal relaxation refers that the tensile strength of the muscle group in the pelvic cavity is reduced, which causes the muscles around the vagina to become loosened, making the vagina wider. It is often seen on women who have given births. But in recent years, there are more and more incidence to women who haven’t got married. But why does vagina get loose? There are generally three reasons.

Births

There are many reasons for vaginal relaxation, of which the most common one is that the infant gets a big head, causing injury to the mother’s vagina during natural birth. However, natural birth is not the demon for vaginal relaxation because it also happens to those women who have babies through cesarean birth. In addition, lack of exercising, losing weight during the stegmonth without proper control, not monitoring the nutrition or over-fatigue can all lead to inadequate recovery of pelvic muscles, causing vaginal relaxation.

Tip: Although vaginal relaxation occurring after birth can be recovered in three month, it is understandable because the vagina has gone through squeezing and rupturing and the muscles are injured to some degree. Resilience of the vagina can be obtained back after doing some exercises.

Too Much Sex

In the past, this problem was frequently seen on after-birth women. But nowadays, more and more young women who haven’t given births start to have this issue and go to the hospital for help. Young girls are having a vagina relaxation that is much worse than they should have at their ages. The major cause for that is too frequent sex.

Tip: Vagina tightening surgery would leave scars and have impact on future births. Therefore, medical experts suggest that young females had better tighten their vagina through exercising.

Menopause

For women after menopause, their ovarian functions decline and even disappear. Their estrogen level reduces. Their vagina wall shrinks and loses its resilience. The vaginal membrane becomes thinner. The secretion from the vagina becomes less, leading to dryness and lack of lube. Therefore, without adequate sexual stimulation or foreplay, if the husband makes the move too early or too roughly before the wife gets wet, sexual pains, vaginal damage or bleeding would occur.
