Exercise to Tighten Vagina

The contraction force of a woman’s vagina determines the sexual please that a couple purse in sex. Therefore, many after-birth women hope to find some effective ways to tighten their vagina. Some sure-fire techniques can help them with that.

Massage
Lie down on the back. Bend the legs with two knees away from each other. Soles face each other. Use the hands to massage the thighs slowly, starting from the knees. Then go backwards to the knees.

Bend your left leg and overlap it on the right leg. Straighten the instep up. Try to touch the pad with your left knee. Twist the hip. Then keep the hip and belly still for 10 seconds. Then repeat the same move with the right leg at the top of the left one.

The more force you use to twist, the more pressure the vagina opening and vulva get. Repeat 3 times for each posture. Because of squeezing and relaxing alternatively, the blood in the vulva will suddenly increase and decrease, making it comfortable.

Exercising the Pelvis
Forward and backward moving of the pelvis is important to the muscles in the pelvic area as well as the abdominal muscles. Squat akimbo with slightly bending knees. Spread your legs with 60 cm in distance. Take a breath and push the pelvis forward. Exhale and pull the pelvis back. At the same time, try to pull the hips backward as far as possible. Repeat this for 10 times.

Opening and Closing
This exercise can enhance a woman’s feeling about the muscles around the womb, the vagina and the pelvis. Lie down on the back with bent legs. Open the thighs. Slightly

Separate the lips of vulva gently. Put the hand on the thigh and then move it to the leg root. Simultaneously, try to bend the hip and the knees as far as possible before slowly unbending the thighs.

Make yourself extremely comfortable.

Lie on your back with two legs separated and slightly bent.

Put your left hand on the left underbelly. Relax the scapula. The muscle of the inner thigh has a feeling of tightness.

The knees slowly move in a circle. The inner thigh should have a pleasant sensation.

Abdominal Exercise: Strong abs are important to maintain the ideal conditions for sexual function.

Lie supine with legs slightly bent. Put your arms around your knees and try to pull your knees to the chest. Exert some force until the hands are somewhat trembling before relaxing them slowly.

Then stretch the hip joint. Try to make the legs straight and flat. Then lift the legs and bend the hip joint, making the knees closer to the chest. Repeated 5 times.

Finally, lay the hands flat on both sides of the body. Extend the legs straight and lift up wards for five times, or lift the left and right legs for five times respectively.
