Herbs to Tighten Vagina

Here are some commonly used methods that are composed of pure plant ingredients.  

Method 1: Boil 30 gram ginger together with alcohol and drink the soup. This method not only is simple to do, but also can effectively enhance the elasticity and tightness of female vaginal muscle group.

Method 2: Firstly, smash some amount of salt and garlic together and stir fry them until it is hot. Then deposit the hot mixture on the acupoint which is located under the belly button. Cover it with gauze and fix it with tape. This method can play a role in maintaining tight vagina.

Compendium of Materia Medica Compliment says that it clears pyrophlegm and reduces deficiency. Other works also mentioned that lily nurtures peace of mind, courage, intelligence and the organs, that it is beneficial to cardiopulmonary function, collects energy, nourishes the heart, soothes the nerves of soul.

As clinical observations show, lily soothes the nerves and shows great results for post-fever heat, vagrancy, irritability, insomnia and inexplicable suffering. It is effective to treat pulmonary deficiency caused by Autumn dryness.

Nutritional analysis shows that every hectogram fresh lily products contains 4 g protein, 0.1 g fat, 287 g carbohydrates, 9 mg calcium, 91 mg phosphorus, 0.9 mg iron, as well as a variety of vitamins and carotenoids.

Pharmacological studies show that lily contains traces of colchicine and other alkaloids, that its medicinally active ingredient is the soft outer which can substantially inhibit the mitosis of human epidermis cells, and that it can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells.

Therefore, it is commonly used clinically as an adjuvant therapy to treat leukemia, acute gout, skin cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer.

Porridge cooked with lily is tonic to the lungs, just as Compendium of Materia Medica reads. It is commonly used clinically for tuberculosis cough, bloody sputum, autumn dryness-caused cough.

But lily is cold and moist in nature, which means that people with cold-caused cough, weak spleen and loose stools should stay away from it. Now I am going to introduce a few moistening therapeutic lily recipes:

Soup with Lily and Snow Pear 

Lily: 30 grams; Snow Pear: 1; Crystal sugar: 2 Spoons.

Soak the lily in water overnight. On the following day, poor the lily together with water into a pot. Add more than half a bowl of water. Boil for half an hour until the lily has been softened. Include the peeled and sliced snow pear. Add sugar. Stew for another 30 minutes.

Soup with Lily, Lotus Seeds and Tremella

Lily: 30 grams; Lotus seeds: 15 grams; Tremella: 10 grams; Crystal sugar: as you think appropriate.

Soften the lotus seeds and tremella with warm water. Put them together with lily and crystal sugar into the pot. Add some water and cook until the soup thickens. Drink one bowl a day.

Soup with Lotus Root, Lily and Loquat

Fresh lotus root: 100 grams; Lily: 30grams; Loquat: 30 grams; White sugar: as you will.

Peel, wash and slice the fresh lotus root. Remove the peel and seed of the loquat. Put them together with lily into the pot, heat until it boils. Stew with big flame until the ingredients are totally soft. Season it with white sugar before drinking.

Soup with Lily, Sugar Cane Juice and Carrot Juice

Lily: 100 grams; Sugar cane juice: half a cup; Carrot juice: half a cup; Honey: as much as you think appropriate.

At first, wash the lily clean. Boil with water until it gets soft. Add the juices and honey to it. It is done when it boils again. Drink before going to bed.

Soup with Lily and Pork

Lily: 50 grams; Lean pork: 200 grams; A little salt.

Wash and dice the pork. Boil it together with lily. After the ingredients get softened it is done. Season it with salt and drink.

Soup with Lily and Date Seeds

Lily: 50 grams; Raw date seeds:15 grams; Cooked date seeds: 15 grams;

Soak the fresh lily with water for a night. Boil raw and cooked date seeds with water. Take the date seed soup and add lily to it and boil them together. Eat all the ingredients with the soup.

Here are some ingredients available that have medicinal effects:


  • Lotus seeds: Remove remaining heat. Nourish the body.
  • Yam: Enhance Qi, spleen, lung and kidney. Widely used. Regardless of gender, age, or physical conditions, everyone can be eat it.
  • White beans: Nurture the spleen and stomach. Increase appetite.
  • Lotus: Spleen toner and appetizer.
  • Beef and mutton: Toning Qi and blood.
  • Chestnut: Toning spleen and stomach. Strengthening kidney and bones.
  • Red Dates: Moistening and nourishing the lungs.
  • Lily: Cardio and pulmonary tonic. People who are suffering from lung deficiency-caused cough, dry cough without phlegm or cough caused by autumn dryness should eat lily. Those with cold-caused cough and cold-caused diarrhea must NOT eat lily.
  • Walnut: Nourishing lung and kidney. Curing asthma and lubricating the intestines.
  • Pine nuts: Nourishing Yin and moistening lung, beauty enhancing and anti-ageing.
  • Polygonatum odoratum, as the root of a Liliaceae plant, is sweet in taste and flat in nature. It nourishes lung and stomach as a good herbalist medicine.


The Soup with Adenophora Borealis (the Root of Straight Ladybell) and Radix Ophiopogonis was recorded in the book Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases.

The prescription: Polygonatum: 15 grams; Radix, Ophiopogon, pollen, leaves, white beans, raw licorice: 10 grams each.

Usage: Boil with water. Drink the soup.

This prescription is a commonly used tonic for lung and stomach, lack of body fluid, dry throat, thirst, dry cough with little phlegm.

Modern pharmacological studies confirm that polygonatum odoratum has good cardiac function. If 20 grams of polygonatum is boiled with water and drunk, it will help with rheumatic heart disease, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease.
